CANCELLATION AND RESERVATIONS

• We advise you to make your cancellation at least 48h before your arrival date.
• Payment of the reservation is made at the counter upon check-in.
  All prices mentioned include VAT at the current rate

CHILDREN AND EXTRA BED

• Children up to 2 years old: free stay in cot provided by the guests
• Children aged 4 to 11 years: EUR 10 per night in an extra bed (breakfast included) – Children over 13 years and adults: EUR 20 per night in an extra bed (breakfast included)

OTHERS

• Check-in time 15h00 to 18h00
• Check-out time 12h00 (midday)
• Animals are not allowed
• Non smoking hotel (except in authorized areas)
• Late check-out upon prior notice and availability
